At Narenee, every piece is created with care and artistic intention. Many items are hand-painted or handmade, which makes each piece unique.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade nature of our work, the following items are final sale:

• Hand-painted clothing
• Custom or personalized items
• Jewelry
• Sale items

These pieces are unique works of wearable art and cannot be restocked.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
